Anglers Cove Rental Rates
• Minimum Stay is one week with Check in on Saturdays during Season. Midweek Check In and Check out by arrangement with owner.
• Rental Rates include electricity- water- cable.
• Rental Rates are based on 2 Adults with 2 children or up to 4 adults. Additional charges for extra guests. Children under age 12 there are no additional charges.
• Tourist Tax- 10%
• Cleaning Charge - $75.00
• Security Deposit - $150.00 for a 1 week and $300.00 required for a month’s stay. Money will be refunded following stay in approximately 4 to 6 weeks – see Check out requirements.
